Returns Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Paper & Ink Boutique. Please check your order as soon as possible and confirm that all items received are correct. If you feel like an item if damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. For any return and exchanges, please contact us by email or phone first. All returns and exchanges of new, unused and packaged items and products must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. There are no returns or exchanges accepted for opened packages, pens, open stock paper & cardstock, magazines/books or dies. All discrepancies must be reported to support@paperandinkboutique.com within 14 days of pick up or delivery.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

 

Shipping/Home Delivery & Curbside Pick Up

Curbside pick up is free and available during store hours.

Please note, due to the Calgary Single-Use Item Bylaw (effective January 16th, 2024) we encourage our customers to bring their own bag with them to pick up their order. Paper bags will be available to purchase for $0.15. 

Home delivery is available within the city limits of Calgary for a minimum order of $50 (after discounts & before taxes). Home deliveries are done by quadrant. SE - Tuesday, NE - Wednesday, NW - Thursday & SW - Friday. Deliveries can occur anytime between 8am - 7pm. Your order must be placed by 4pm on the day prior to your scheduled delivery day. If you order is placed after the cut off time, it will be delivered the following week. 

 

Please note that due to rising shipping costs with Canada Post, your order may ship via UPS/Fedex/Purolator. Please contact us at support@paperandinkboutique.com if you have any questions. 


We offer shipping with Canada Post/UPS/Fedex/Purolator outside the Calgary City Limits and within Canada only. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $125 (after discounts & before taxes). A flat rate of $16 will be applied to orders under $125 and shipping within Alberta. A flat rate of $17.50 will be applied to orders under $125 and shipping to all other provinces and territories. We encourage customers to combine orders to qualify for free shipping. Customers may also combine orders with friends to save on shipping costs. If you are going to be combining orders for free shipping, please choose the 'Hold All Orders Until Free Shipping Minimum Reached' at checkout and please leave us a note in your order comments when you are ready to ship. 

We offer shipping to the US for a flat fee of $19.95CAD (approx. $15 USD) on all orders under $125 USD. Shipping to the USA is FREE on all orders over $125 USD (after discounts & before taxes). Customers may combine orders to qualify for free shipping. If you are combining orders, please choose the option: "Hold until free shipping minimum reached.". Shipping methods used are FedEx or UPS. 

 

We now offer shipping to New Zealand & Australia via Fedex or UPS. Shipping rates are based on order subtotal (after any discounts and before any applicable taxes). 

  • Shipping Fee of $50 for order subtotals between $1 - $100
  • Shipping Fee of $75 for order subtotals between $100 - $300
  • Shipping Fee of $125 for order subtotal between $300 - $500

If the actual shipping rate on your package is more or less than charged we will contact you via email prior to shipment of your order.
