Returns Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Paper & Ink Boutique. Please check your order as soon as possible and confirm that all items received are correct. If you feel like an item if damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. For any return and exchanges, please contact us by email or phone first. All returns and exchanges of new, unused and packaged items and products must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. There are no returns or exchanges accepted for opened packages, pens, open stock paper & cardstock, magazines/books or dies.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We offer shipping with Canada Post within Canada only.  Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 (before tax) and a $15 flat rate for all orders under $100.

 

We offer shipping to the US for a flat fee of $25 CAD. We like to offer you the option of placing multiple order but only paying the shipping fee of $25 once. On subsequent orders please choose the option: Combine with unshipped order to save on second shipping fee" Only choose this if you have already placed an order and paid for the $25 shipping fee. 

 

We also have free pick up at the store.
