"Note from Cassandra
When working with alcohol inks, a non‑porous surface is your best friend. If you don’t have a glass mat, a large ceramic tile works beautifully. Be sure to protect both your work surface and your clothing, since alcohol ink can stain.
I also recommend wearing rubber gloves and working in a well‑ventilated space. A fan set to gently blow fumes away, or even opening a window if the weather allows, makes a big difference. If you’d like extra protection, an N95 mask from the dollar store is a simple option.
Stay safe and enjoy the creative process!"
