Artful Explorations is an online mixed media art journaling course that emphasizes a variety of approaches and techniques for artistic expression and exploration. Each month, one of the teachers from The Paper and Ink Boutique will create a project featuring mixed media techniques, sharing their personal approach to a product or method. Students are encouraged to personalize their projects and use their own supplies as they follow along, as kits will not be provided. During the live classes, participants can interact with the instructor and ask questions about the process and products, and class videos will be available afterward in a private Facebook group for students to revisit at any time. Materials and supplies for each class will be listed in a handout provided for each session, with suggestions for substitute items wherever possible. Students are welcome to use the live class as a preview and then rewatch it as many times as they like, giving them the flexibility to wait until after the class to decide on purchasing any materials. Artful Explorations is designed to be informative for those new to art journaling and inspirational for those who have been journaling for some time, offering both guidance and creative inspiration in a welcoming, accessible format
