Dip into pastes and sprays in a big way with Heather. Spend four hours in this hands-on workshop, where you'll create stunning card backgrounds using Grit, Crackle, and Opaque Distress Pastes, along with a variety of sprays—including Spray Stains, Oxide Sprays, Distress Spritz, and Simon Hurley’s Solar Sprays.
Consider this an enhanced 101: like a beginner’s workshop, you’ll learn plenty of techniques and create reference samples for future projects. But it’s more than a basic introduction—Heather will provide ephemera, allowing you to choose a couple of your favorite backgrounds and transform them into finished cards.
Students will need to bring their own pastes and a selection of sprays from your stash.

Stamping Blocks, Stamping Platform, Palette Knives, Spray Bottle of Water, Tweezers, Paper Towels or Baby Wipes, Rags
Variety of Paint Brushes
Heat Gun/Embossing Gun
Black Waterproof Ink Pad (e.g. Ranger Archival). Also, can bring other colours of Archival
Variety of Stamps and Stencils – Assorted Background/Mixed Media Mark Making
Hotel Key Card/Used Gift Card or Stencil Pal
Kits for online classes are available for shipping, delivery and pick up as soon as the class is posted. In person classes receive their supplies at class time.
