Gel press expert, Cassandra, is offering this six-part gel press series online! Beginners and experienced gel pressers are sure to find something in these classes as Cassandra covers the fundamental techniques and tools used in creating art with a gel printing plate. Each class has a different topic progressing from caring for your gel press and simple prints, to more advanced printing techniques and finally turning your art prints into finished projects. Students will require a few supplies including their own gel press (8x10 minimum) and some mixed media and other found items. It is expected that you will have taken at least two of any of Cassandra's prior Gel Press (including in person and 101) classes to participate in the final “Finishing with Your Prints” Class so that you have the art prints you will need to make the final projects. Supplies and Materials specific to each class will be posted in the Private Facebook Group for this class and will be emailed in a handout closer to class time.
We Provide
Bust Your Stash! No kit supplied so you can use your own stash of papers, stamps and stencils to create Gel Prints that are unique to you. Instructions and Tips will be posted in the Private Facebook Group for your class. There will be a new Facebook Group every month.
